Brevard Family Partnership recently accepted a gift over $10,000 in network technology equipment from Total Care IT, in collaboration with Tech Data Corporation. Three Brocade switches were donated which will allow more active data ports operating at a higher speed, from 100 Mb/second to 1 Gb/second, resulting in additional employee productivity and efficiency.
“We’re grateful for this donation from Total Care IT as it will help increase the speed and efficiency of our internal network, resulting in a more stable and effective system, overall,” said BFP’s network administrator, Mark Rouleau. “It’s allowed us to upgrade our network and provide better service to our staff who, in turn, can provide better service to our clients, partners and providers.”
BFP welcomes financial and in-kind donations from the community. These assist the agency in providing goods and services for the children and families it serves.
