  • As a fairly new member of the Family Allies team, it is hard to put into words the positive feelings I have about my job. I feel I am a valued member by my supervisors and co-workers. I love being a part of the solution for children and their families. My life has been enhanced by my work here. The individuals involved with Family Allies have given me the training, support, and guidance to be the best that I can be. I have worked in the field of social work for many years, and this job provides me with compliments for a job well done. I look forward to working every day.

  • Meeting my Family Service Worker was pleasant. They were very thorough when supervising my kids, which made it easy for us to have a good time and have memorable moments. I am grateful for her service and appreciate that she goes above and beyond when it comes to the visitations in making sure I am able to see my children.

Family Allies’ Values

We believe permanency is achieved through family commitment to a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children; the best opportunity for growth, healing, and development occurs in the context of the family.
We believe that collaboration is essential to lasting change; we draw on formal and informal community resources to meet the needs of our children and their families.
We believe families are sustained and children remain safer when they are embraced by their community.

We believe that everyone should be treated with respect and will cultivate a culture that is trauma informed and encourages joint ownership of decisions.

We believe that responding with urgency to meet the needs of children and families is our responsibility.
We believe that change, success, and achievement in our employees and families should be promoted and celebrated.
We believe in persevering despite difficulty to achieve desired outcomes and promote resiliency for our youth and families.
